When you place an order or submit a review on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Order details, including items selected, event date, and any notes you include
• Reviews you choose to submit, including your name and rating

We also use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic (such as which pages are visited), which does not identify you personally.

How We Use It

We use your information only to:

• Confirm and fulfill your order, including contacting you about pickup details
• Send order confirmation and status emails
• Respond to questions or special requests you've included
• Display approved reviews on the relevant product

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where It's Stored

Order and review data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database provider, and order notification emails are sent via Resend. Access to this data is restricted to Watan Delights staff.

Reviews

Reviews are reviewed by us before appearing publicly on the site. We only display your name and the content of your review. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us at orders@watandelights.com.
