What we collect

When you place an order or send a catering inquiry on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Order details, including items selected, pickup date, and any notes you include
• Catering inquiry details, such as your event date, guest count, location, menu interests and any notes you include

We also use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic (such as which pages are visited), which does not identify you personally.

Payment information

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Square, on their own secure checkout page. We never see, receive, or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits shown on your receipt.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Confirm and fulfill your order, including contacting you about pickup details
• Send order confirmation, receipt, and status emails
• Respond to questions or special requests you've included
• Review catering inquiries and send you availability and quotes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Order and inquiry data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database provider. Order emails are sent via Resend, and payments are processed by Square. Access to this data is restricted to Watan Delights staff.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us at orders@watandelights.com.
